Our first step is to simply get you out of pain, regardless if it occurs with every day life or just exercising. This will likely include low intensity corrective exercises and hands on treatment.

RESTORE

Once you’re out of pain, we start to build a strong foundation for movement and exercise by addressing any mechanical faults, weakness, areas of instability, or fear avoidance behaviors.

RETURN

Finally, we focus on maximizing your performance and athleticism so you can accomplish your personal, fitness, or competitive goals while minimizing the chances of pain returning!
